Role Description
Union Pak is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a full-time on-site role in Karachi. The CFO will be responsible for managing financial planning, statements, reporting, and analysis to support effective decision-making and ongoing company growth. The CFO will also oversee financial risks and investments, working closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 20+ Years of Experience (Required)
- Financial Planning and Analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Expertise in Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Strong Analytical Skills with a detail-oriented approach for identifying and addressing financial trends, risks, and opportunities
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance for financial audits and related matters
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with experience in managing a finance team
- Experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is a plus
