Job Description
Call Box BPO is looking for a dedicated IT Technical Support professional to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for Point of Sales (POS) systems and associated devices. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining IT equipment, delivering user support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant support experience. Strong problem-solving capabilities and fluency in English are essential. This full-time position may include night shifts and overtime as needed.
Compensation for this role ranges from Rs90,00.00 to Rs125,00.00 monthly.
