- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Lead and manage the national sales team to meet targets.

- Prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for service delivery.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years in sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Proven leadership in managing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (MBA preferred).
