Job Description
Job Summary: Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Verification Agent to verify customer details for mobile phone installment plans under our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) program. This role includes accurate data entry, confirming customer identity, and supporting sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to verify customer information.
- Confirm CNIC and KYC documentation.
- Utilize verification scripts for customer responses.
- Identify and escalate fraud indicators.
- Maintain records in CRM systems.
- Educate customers on BNPL terms.
