Job Description
We are Jacked Nutrition, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR activities, support hiring processes, maintain employee records, and implement HR policies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee queries.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including interviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00 per month | Location: In person
