Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, cost estimation, and financial oversight of construction projects.
Your main responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required, along with relevant experience.
