Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Services CSR to join our team at SKIN XPERTS. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient typing abilities.
- Able to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Salary range: PKR 30,00 Basic + Commission. Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
