Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and helping students achieve their language proficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Plan and prepare lesson materials, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents (if applicable).
- Support students in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Integrate modern teaching tools and technologies to enhance language instruction.
- Prepare students for academic assessments, standardized tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL), or local exams as required.
- Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, TEFL) preferred.
- Proven teaching experience (1–3 years minimum) in English language instruction.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital learning platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, LMS, etc.)
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
- Creative and resourceful in lesson planning and student engagement.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
