Job Description
CBA is on the lookout for a dedicated and talented Technical Recruiter to be a vital part of our team. In this exciting role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to determine technical recruitment needs, source and evaluate candidates, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers, craft detailed job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage candidate information.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, and exceptional communication skills.
