Job Description
We are currently seeking a Campus Recruitment Consultant for our office in Karachi.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
Your main duties will include organizing campus recruitment events, conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications, and making hiring recommendations to the hiring managers.
You will also be working closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in campus recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges
- Excellent organizational skills
