Job Description
Noah Pro Max is on the lookout for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to engage with clients through live chat on our website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the capability to assist customers with product selections and order processes seamlessly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
- Outstanding English writing skills.
- Familiarity with packaging and sales processes is preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage chats efficiently.
Location: Garden Town, Lahore | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs55,00/month
