Job Description
Dexterz Sol is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Officer. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in IT sales and lead generation. This position is essential in enhancing our global footprint by identifying new business opportunities, managing client interactions, and preparing compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via LinkedIn and freelance platforms
- Develop and submit professional proposals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with the technical team
- Maintain CRM systems and conduct timely follow-ups
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT business development
- Excellent communication and proposal writing abilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Availability for night shifts (5 PM – 3 AM)
