Job Description
Dubizzle Labs is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to support our expanding engineering office in Pakistan. Join our dynamic team of over 400 professionals and play a critical role in ensuring a flawless order management process. Your efforts will contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled value to customers across ten countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming customer orders on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with sellers for prompt order acceptance and dispatch.
- Work closely with logistics for pickups and tracking updates.
- Proactively address delays and missing order updates.
- Identify bottlenecks to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor order statuses within internal systems.
- Respond to queries from both sellers and customers.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
