Job Description
Transworld Associates Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Application Operations professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure the uninterrupted operation of essential business applications, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to GPON, Corporate CRM, and POS systems.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT application operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.
