In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring systems, managing digital dashboards, and tracking real-time updates. Effective communication of any irregularities to our U.S.-based teams via chat and reporting tools is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in customer support, data entry, or monitoring is an advantage.
