Job Description
Link HR Consultants is looking for a dedicated Senior HR Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in recruitment processes, managing employee records, fostering employee engagement, and organizing training programs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing attendance and payroll coordination, addressing employee grievances, and preparing HR reports, all while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital environment. A strong understanding of labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
