Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a talented HR Executive with significant experience in BPO recruitment for UK and USA campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process for call center positions, utilizing diverse channels to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and partner with hiring managers.
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and address HR inquiries.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of BPO recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs100,00.00/month
