Job Description
Webbuggs is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a part of our rapidly growing logistics support team. This position is essential to our U.S.-based trucking and dispatch operations and presents an excellent opportunity for professional development and competitive earnings within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls.
- Create tailored sales pitches for prospects.
- Address inbound customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage a sales pipeline utilizing CRM software.
- Work closely with teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Education: O/A Levels, FA/FSc or higher.
- Fluency in English (North American accent preferred).
- Prior experience in trucking, dispatch, or sales is a plus, but we welcome fresh candidates.
