Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Non-Food Hardlines Section Executive to manage our Non-Food Hard section. In this pivotal role, you will ensure optimal product presentation and stock levels, while focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing effective merchandising strategies and closely monitoring inventory, collaborating with suppliers to fulfill customer needs.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and inspiring a team, analyzing sales performance data, and ensuring adherence to store policies and safety regulations.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a retail environment. This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.
