Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Representative to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to both prospective and current customers, effectively promoting our comprehensive range of products and services, and driving sales through phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls utilizing a structured sales script.
- Introduce and articulate the benefits of our products and services.
- Encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Follow up on leads and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in telesales or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven with the capability to thrive under pressure.
