Job Description
KFC Pakistan is actively seeking a motivated Call Center Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team of over 100 agents and supervisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing service quality standards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing call center metrics, managing labor costs effectively, and resolving escalated customer issues promptly. Additionally, close collaboration with third-party call centers will be essential.
Qualifications required include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary of Rs100,00.
