Job Description
Faisalabad Realtors is looking for a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our growing team. This role will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing communication through various channels, coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate data in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and oversee security protocols.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage call transfers and message distribution.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist in recruitment processes and oversee office inventory.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at the reception area.
