Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. In this vital role, you will focus on invoicing and sales reporting, ensuring the accuracy of deliverables such as invoices, delivery challans, and sales reports. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with factory management regarding deliveries and cancellations.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and sales reports on a daily basis.
- Handle debit/credit notes and resolve any customer discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.
- Collaborate effectively to optimize processes and report sales to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated accounting experience, particularly in invoicing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
