Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role within our customer service department, you will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular calls and meetings.
- Provide timely shipment status updates and diligently keep records of client interactions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain.
Location: Thokar Multan Road, Lahore. Preference will be given to male candidates.
