Job Description
Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years in a reputable textile company is required.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee job postings and recruitment advertisements.
- Conduct telephone interviews and candidate assessments.
- Shortlist candidate profiles and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
Field of Experience: Focused exclusively on white-collar recruitment within the textile industry.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: Competitive with current market standards.
