Job Description
Hassaan Academy is looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating classes, overseeing daily operations, and handling billing processes. Your contributions will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure their satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should have fluent English communication skills, exceptional soft skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a professional demeanor. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM and Saturday from 2 PM to 6 PM. The salary ranges from PKR 30,00 to 45,00, based on experience.
