Job Description
Napollo Software Design LLC is actively seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at our Bahria Town, Lahore office. We are in search of a meticulous and passionate HR professional who is eager to support our expanding workforce across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Develop and implement effective HR policies
- Address employee relations and performance matters
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll support
- Organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
