Job Description
Digilaxy is actively seeking an IT Support Officer to deliver comprehensive technical support across the organization, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, enhancing network performance, and ensuring reliable internet connectivity.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining an accurate inventory of company laptops, overseeing repairs, and installing and configuring software for our Design Team. Additionally, you will facilitate new user onboarding, troubleshoot devices, and liaise with vendors for necessary support.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: On-site.
