Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, located in Hattar Taxila, is looking for a committed and detail-oriented HR Officer to enhance our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing daily HR operations, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee attendance and payroll management.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and address HR-related concerns.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 1-3 years of HR experience.
Salary Range: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00 per month.
