Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at CATS Group of Colleges in Lahore & Sheikhupura. As a Principal, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the college, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the college. Your role will also involve developing and implementing academic policies, managing enrollment, and ensuring the quality of education, among other tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to oversee academic programs and operations
- Experience in managing staff and faculty members
- Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to develop and implement academic policies
- Experience in developing and managing budgets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Principal or in a similar position
