Job Description
Company Description: Adlance is a Lahore based organization providing digital marketing, branding and designing, SEO, content writing, and web development services.
Role Description: Adlance is seeking an Associate Creative Manager for a full-time on-site role in Lahore. The Associate Creative Manager will be responsible for leading the art team, designing and creating marketing materials such as brand logos, web design, social media ads, and billboards. They will work closely with management, writers, and the art team to ensure all deliverables are produced to meet client needs while adhering to the company’s standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Advertising, Fine arts, or relevant fields.
- Experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in an agency setting with a solid portfolio demonstrating excellent conceptual, visual, and design skills.
- Experience in managing a team of graphic designers and other creative professionals.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
