Job Description
Meri Sehat Pvt Limited is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
Key responsibilities include effectively resolving complaints and enhancing the overall patient experience. Proficiency in English and Urdu is essential for this position. Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is highly desirable.
This is a full-time role with rotational shifts, requiring in-person attendance.
