Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated Call Center Assistant to enhance our customer support team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing customer emails, providing detailed service information, and meticulously documenting all interactions in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting. Proficiency in English is required, along with exceptional communication and customer service skills. The ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations is crucial for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time | Salary: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
