Job Description

Reporting to: Senior Manager of Engineering
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division – Operations
Job Summary: The Facility Officer is responsible for the effective maintenance and security of all plant buildings, including manufacturing areas and training centers.
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize building repair and maintenance activities with contractors.
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility and document findings.
- Manage work orders while ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
Education/Knowledge & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
