Job Description
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse departments. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and meet hiring objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings via phone or video interviews.
- Source qualified candidates through various platforms.
- Facilitate candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
