Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and deliver frontline technical support to end-users by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems while providing timely and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with various technology-related issues.
- Report network interruptions and server outages.
- Troubleshoot system errors and failures.
- Repair and maintain computers and laptops.
- Monitor support requests and document all processes diligently.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- IT technician certification is preferred.
