Job Description
Join RepairDesk as a Data Conversion Specialist, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional support through chat, phone, and email communications. You will diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, escalate complex problems to appropriate teams, and maintain effective communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilizing JIRA and ZOHO for ticket tracking and issue management is essential, along with demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach. A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and prior experience in similar roles are required.
