Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is looking for motivated individuals to fill the role of Part-Time Customer Service Executive. Successful candidates will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to our US clients, ensuring excellent customer support and service.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Ability to maintain customer records and effectively update the CRM system
- Competence in efficiently resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases as necessary
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
Salary: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month
Location: Karachi, Gulshan-E-Iqbal (In-person)
