Job Description
Fatima Memorial Hospital in Lahore is looking for a qualified Purchase Officer. Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a recognized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure medicines and surgical disposables.
- Assist the Purchase Manager.
- Conduct price checks and obtain necessary approvals.
- Facilitate communication between purchase staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records within the purchasing department.
- Collect quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare comparative analysis of quotes.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Oversee department operations in the Manager’s absence.
- Review and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs1.00 per month
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Experience: At least 2 years in procurement
