Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of Permanent Journey Plan
  • Screening and hiring of Order Bookers / DSR’s
  • Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan and Key Performance Indicators, including:
    • Achieving monthly Volume targets
    • Productivity of daily planned shop visits
    • Ensuring Range availability of PCI snacks in the market
    • Identification and maintenance of prime rack locations
    • Maintaining FIFO at the warehouse and in the market
    • Maintaining negligible stale product in the market
  • Identify stock requirements at the warehouse
  • Deliver volume and revenue targets for assigned territory
  • Capability development of distributors and distributor workforce
  • Rollout of Sales OOR modules across distributor workforce
  • Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR
  • Effective utilization of subsidies provided to the distributor
  • Conduct in-market training/coaching with regular follow-up
  • Develop new accounts
  • Weekly reporting on all KPI’s to the ASM
  • Management of all PI assets, including racks
  • Ensure implementation of Sales software at distributor end

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills, people management, and problem-solving abilities
  • University Graduate (BA)
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may also apply)
  • Sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Proficient use of MS Office, including complex Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Strong team player with multitasking ability
  • Proficient in maintaining speed and accuracy in work
  • Analysis and control skills
