Job Description
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of Permanent Journey Plan
- Screening and hiring of Order Bookers / DSR’s
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan and Key Performance Indicators, including:
- Achieving monthly Volume targets
- Productivity of daily planned shop visits
- Ensuring Range availability of PCI snacks in the market
- Identification and maintenance of prime rack locations
- Maintaining FIFO at the warehouse and in the market
- Maintaining negligible stale product in the market
- Identify stock requirements at the warehouse
- Deliver volume and revenue targets for assigned territory
- Capability development of distributors and distributor workforce
- Rollout of Sales OOR modules across distributor workforce
- Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR
- Effective utilization of subsidies provided to the distributor
- Conduct in-market training/coaching with regular follow-up
- Develop new accounts
- Weekly reporting on all KPI’s to the ASM
- Management of all PI assets, including racks
- Ensure implementation of Sales software at distributor end
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills, people management, and problem-solving abilities
- University Graduate (BA)
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may also apply)
- Sense of urgency to achieve results
- Proficient use of MS Office, including complex Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Strong team player with multitasking ability
- Proficient in maintaining speed and accuracy in work
- Analysis and control skills
