Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced HR professional seeking to elevate your career? Crossnotch Firm is in search of a Senior HR Specialist to join our vibrant team. This position operates on a night shift within the BPO/Call Center industry. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, conducting interviews and onboarding, overseeing HR operations and compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting leadership in HR strategy and planning.
Key Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of BPO experience, relevant education in HR or Business Administration, and fluency in English (both written and spoken). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a willingness to work night shifts. This position is open to female applicants only.
