Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Global Support Manager to provide essential administrative and office management support to the Senior Program Manager and GM Donor Journey Services. The successful candidate will facilitate effective communication among team members and country partners while supporting global fundraising initiatives.
Key responsibilities encompass maintaining strong relationships with Country Partners, ensuring timely submission of fund requests and accurate recordings, enhancing team communication standards, and managing donor-related inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office. A background with 3-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
