Job Description
Strive Innovation is looking for a driven and proactive Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Specialist to strengthen our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a knack for attracting clients through platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer by creating personalized proposals and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and persuasive proposals on Upwork.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide follow-up on submitted proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in bidding on Upwork.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
