Job Description
Softix Technologies is actively seeking a motivated Office Boy to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a productive office atmosphere by performing various supportive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office.
- Deliver messages and important documents promptly.
- Set up meeting rooms for various events.
- Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen areas and ensure coffee machines are operational.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
- Provide assistance to administrative staff when required.
