Job Description
Max International is in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR – Organizational Development Executive to enhance our dynamic team. This position involves supporting various organizational development initiatives, such as conducting employee engagement surveys and organizing training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating OD projects and employee engagement activities.
- Engage in performance management processes and maintain accurate records.
- Support training program coordination and assessment.
- Generate HR reports and analytics utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.
- Facilitate effective communication and enforcement of HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or Organizational Development is preferred.
