Job Description
Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Associate to significantly contribute to our employee engagement and retention initiatives. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for crafting job descriptions, understanding employee assignments, overseeing task reassignments, and designing engagement programs. Additionally, you will assess feedback from exit interviews and establish key performance indicators focused on talent retention.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.
The starting salary is Rs60,00.00 per month, complemented by attractive benefits.
