Job Description
Join Nexus95 as a Client Success Manager, where you will play a critical role in enhancing client engagement and ensuring successful project delivery. Your key responsibilities will involve leading client meetings, translating client requirements into actionable briefs, and utilizing CRM analytics to present valuable insights. Additionally, you will oversee CRM customizations, implement automation strategies, and provide mentorship to a talented team of developers and designers.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or client success roles, particularly within web development and CRM systems.
