Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is looking for a confident and English-fluent team member to join our packaging industry project. As a Night Shift Customer Support & Sales Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our international customers, driving sales while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and live chat.
- Convert inquiries into sales and address any complaints effectively.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support or sales.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Compensation: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00 per month.
