Key Responsibilities:
As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily dispatch operations. You will oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are handled properly while maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Your role will include liaising with transport companies, verifying shipment quantities, and monitoring adherence to safety protocols. You will also prepare daily dispatch reports and efficiently manage urgent requests, all while maintaining an organized dispatch area.
