Job Description
Faisal Movers Express (FMX) is currently looking for a dynamic and responsible Retail Sales Executive to manage daily operations at our cargo terminal located in Taj Complex, Malir, Sohrabgoth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, booking and dispatching shipments using our system, and ensuring the smooth operation of cargo sales and dispatch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers effectively at the cargo sales counter.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Book shipments accurately and issue necessary documentation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch and warehouse staff.
- Resolve customer complaints and strive to meet sales targets.
Requirements: Minimum of Intermediate or Graduation; 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred; excellent communication skills; basic computer proficiency.
